Certified in prenatal mental health from Postpartum Support International; one of only four in the state. Her  current practice focuses on enhancing the experience of expectant and postpartum families with the ability  to do also work with individuals and families of all ages.

Self-pay cost  is $135 for initial assessment and $130 for subsequent therapy visits. Receipts of payment available if you  would like to submit your own claim.  

RiverBend Counseling – Nikki Walther, MA, LPCC, NCC  

Reproductive Mental Health addresses issues such as infertility, pregnancy loss, perinatal mental health  (anxiety and/or depression during pregnancy and/or postpartum), birth trauma, parenting, and relationship  stressors. We offer a free 30 minute face-to-face consultation before beginning our work together to ensure  you’re comfortable with your therapist. At Riverbend we want you to feel comfortable with your  therapist and the therapeutic space. This meeting will give you the opportunity to ask questions about the  process and determine if this is the right fit for you before committing to therapy.

 Not accepting insurances. The standard rate for therapy is $100 per 50-minute session. We also  offer sliding scale, student rates, and limited reduced fee appointments. In addition, we can provide you  with a statement at the end of every month that you can submit to your insurance company for possible  reimbursement.

You don’t have to carry around that fear and trauma as you head into a future birth. Through  our Perinatal Trauma Center you can start healing today. (Focused on short term care)
